I was skeptical also for mni yrs.But in my situation can't try much else. I've been using a end fed wire in the garage but this ant is MUCH quieter and getw out just as good if not better. I was so impressed I bought another one and now have 30m & 40m models on one feedline. They are mounted on a mast in the garage up only 6 ft. 73 WINK WA8KOQ
