Not only do I have finer grained adjustment of the keyer speed, but it also is a lot easier for me to use. It's more forgiving of spacing than the original design. Stan can also install backlighting, which gives the rig a more elegant look. He installed a switch, as the backlighting draws on the order of 100 milliamperes. Also useful is the better front end protection he put in. I think he mentioned that he had some complete QRP+ rigs for sale as well. The e-mail address you gave is correct from my recent communications with him. I can certainly recommend him for work on both the QRP+ and the Companion ATU/noise generator/battery. 72/73 Cal K4JSI
