Hello Jim,

Patrick here. I went to see if it would open up for me
also. I clocked it. It takes about 2 minutes to open up for me. After the two minutes goes by, the next
screen will ask for your CAll and E-MAIL ADDRESS.

Try it again and wait a few minutes; it might take
longer than me.
