Patrick,

I don't have a good forum for your low powered "broadcast" FM operation but it would not be what the folks here are "into". We are a bunch of ham radio operators who build (sometimes) and use (sometimes) transmitters under 5 watts on the amateur radio bands.

I know there must be some low power FM forums around but I don't know of any.

On the other hand, why not get your ham ticket and join us on the bands or check in here regularly for more info on QRP. See the QRP ARCI web site (the sponsor of this forum) for more details.
