Can anyone direct me to a site with design information for shorten top hat loaded verticals ? I am interested in playing with a multi-band, 18 ' or so with top hat and center loading coil.

Seeking information on how to determine size of coil and/or value of C of the top hat.

Want to end up with a portable, quick setup antenna for use in the Park, etc..
