Subject:  Using Kenwood AT-200 ATU For QRP Ops

Although I've been a ham for nearly 20 years, I am VERY new to QRP operations. How would one use a Kenwood AT-200 antenna tuner (with SWR/Wattmeter) while operating QRP with a Heathkit HW-8?

I have the process down pretty good for QRO ops with my Kenwood TS-520S, but am a little unsure when working QRP.
