As I look at all the monoband QRP kits being offered today I notice
that only about half of them offer any of the WARC bands
(usually 30m) as an available band choice. Also, our
informal get-togethers like the TT2 operating event, Spartan Sprint,
etc. never include the WARC bands. I know that bona fide contests
can't take place on these bands but it seems ashamed
that they get such little use. Any theories as to why? Wouldn't
a "WARC QRP Transceiver" make a great kitnow that we are
entering the peak of the current solar cycle? If only I
