Casually made sixteen FD QSOs around 3580.5 kHz last evening. Knocked off around midnight. Ran 1D VA with the NJQRP/NN1G PSK-80 Warbler QRP rig at 2 watts p.e.p. to the end-fed cloudburner. Even used the Warbler to copy the W1AW FD CW broadcast on 3581.5 kHz at 0000 UTC Sunday... love that ! Eighty was open ALL DAY as evidenced by some CW traffic down around 3579 kHz at various times on Saturday but all the FD folks were on 40 CW etc so I spent most of Saturday mowing the grass like a good boy...
This is my first FD running QRP PSK only and has been really fun so far...I'll be home from from 'work' around noon today, Sunday and will try for some daytime 80 meter PSK...if there's anyone around :)
Best DX last night from here in SW VA was Minnesota...

CQ Field Day !
