No. The problem is that I made up a page, including the files, and then opened up my home PC to the ARCI webmaster to grab the files. He got the page and the pictures, but only linked to the zip files containing the backgrounds instead of copying them.

The result is that you can see the page, but you can't access my home machine to grab the background unless I specifically open it up to your machine.

When the ARCI webmaster checks the page it works fine because he has a path through my firewall.
