Subject:  Sunday Appalachian Trail activation in PA

Hello,

On Sunday, June 17, 2001 I plan to activate the Appalachian
Trail in PA. Rain or shine! :-)

I plan to be on the air around 9 AM until noon. I will start on
10 meters and work my way down the bands. I will be around the
QRP frequencies + / - due to QRM.

If it rains I will be off Rte. 645 just south of Pine grove, PA. If it
is a nice day I will be at my usual place on Rte. 183 just north of
Strausstown, PA.

I will be using my K2 on CW only at 5 watts into a 66' doublet feed
with 350 ohm ladder line. I will have the antenna lined up in the
north / south direction.

If you work me tomorrow, please post me on the individual list.
