Well, maybe there is a better way to put it, but the best our bank of Einsteins can come up with is that "chat rooms" are things that some ISPs have set firewalls against.

It is fairly complicated and at this juncture we do not see a solution. Perhaps we can "pattern" this out. Are any folks who are behind known "firewalls" able to see the chat room configured and send comments to the chat room?
