I have been getting on about 0300Z - 0500Z with my Ten Tec 1340, and find that to FB. Most of the east coast QRM has died down, and with my 4 element wire beam, I've worked England, Scotland, Spain, and Baleric Is. As well as rag chews with VE's and various states. If you have a good vertical, inverted vee, etc. you should have no trouble. Good luck.
