Subject:  More QRP ARCI Contest Certs in the mail

Well we are slowly but for surely catching up on the backlog of contest certificates and getting them in the mail. This Morning's mail included Certificates for the SummerDaze SSB sprint, The Summer HB contest, and the PSK 31 contest. 64 certificates in all, 6 going overseas.

All that remains is the processing of the Holiday HB contest and the Fall QSO party.
