Hello,

I am currently working on my ham license, do you need a license to operate QRP? Because, I came across some QRP-CW equipment in a junk store. I bought($5ea.) them(A&A engineering) and hooked them up and they were receiving. I then hooked them up to a dummy load and keyed them. They were also transmitting.
