"Momma Fox":
I am not questioning the need for last minute fox
hunter schedule changes; they happen. (There are
few things more frustrating than a non-event, because
a hundred of us would still stay glued to the radio for
two hours thinking it was just propogation).

I just want to make sure that changes get posted for
sure to the QRP-L list so that I can potentially see
them. I cannot always get to this QRP-F forum,
especially not at home, and I shouldn't have to check
more than one place for changes. I'm just asking
that the place be for sure the QRP-L list, and with
at least a day's notice so us digest readers can see
it (the digest doesn't usually make my mailbox until
after 6:30 local Central time, often times not until
almost 7:30 local Central time, which cuts it close
on many nights).

And I don't want the FoxHunts to become a "webtime"
event only -- that is where one has to stayed glued to
the Internet just to know when it is on. That would
be sad if it indeed happened.

The sad irony was that I was actually available to
get on the radio already at 0100 for Ron, had I known
it was Ron starting at 0030, and not Mary as I still
thought. So I had waited and took care of another
needed task at home. Fortunately I still snagged him,
but it was close.

beginning)
