Dead Bands?

I have spent most of the day getting my call changed in the various lists, clubs, etc. BUT, I have been monitoring the bands, and 20, 15 and 10 sound DEAD here! I can here atmospheric noise, and tried 3 different antennas on the trusty K2, but zilch. Tried a couple of CQs on 14.060, which is always good for a QSO, but nada. Even 30M is dead. I don't see anything on the sloar reports of a falre or anything. Did I miss something?
