It can get depressing when propagation is unfavorable day after day. A friend made the comment that, for we QRPers, a contact with a neighboring state is DX these days and should be appreciated.

I sold off once, years ago, and remained QRT...but always renewed. A few years ago I became active again. I get on the air every day and at least make the attempt for a contact. Most days someone responds, though not every day. I don't let that get me down.
